Foam Core - Healthcare Mattress

This mattress is designed for any person that requires extended bed stays. It has the support of a 2” foam center core. Also features a 1-1/2” convoluted soft layer on the top and bottom, creating a 5-inch mattress. The convoluted soft layer is on the top and bottom, so the mattress can be flipped to extend mattress life. Solid covered with a Neo/Butyl coated nylon, box style construction thus avoiding any seams along the corners.

Foam Core - Pillow Top

This mattress features a 3-inch, 1.8 lbs. density foam core with a built-in foam pillow bump at one end. It is covered in a PVC 4-ply, 2 substrate circular scrim vinyl ticking that is antimicrobial, and meets NFPA 701 flammability requirements.

LLDPE - Flat

This mattress features a 3-inch Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) core mattress with industry standard clear view PVC covering; antimicrobial, scrim substrate ticking. The open framework nature of the LLDPE core allows staff to look through the entire mattress and for easier view of contraband.

Foam Core - Flat

This mattress features a 3-inch, 1.8 lbs. density foam core with industry standard clear view PVC covering; antimicrobial, scrim substrate ticking., and meets NFPA 701 flammability requirements. All seams are security stitched for additional strength.
