Large Format Digital Printing

BCE provides multiple options for large format digital printing which include ink jet, UV Led and electro-cut methods on a wide variety of materials such as reflective, translucent, cast, calendared and many more up to 64" wide and 6" thick. Utilizing our in-house design/CAD team, BCE is able to produce your next logo, vehicle wraps, wall mural, floor graphic, perforated window film and translucent sign replacement, just to name a few. BCE only uses state-of-the-art certified 3M and Avery materials and Roland printing equipment with warranties to match.

CNC Department

BCE's CNC department has a 60" x 120" CNC Router that is computer controlled for precise cuts and allows for 3 axis movement. These technologies create unmatched precision which is necessary for not only 2 dimensional output but 3 dimensional as well. By using a wide variety of cutting bits and tools, our CNC department can make the best fitting and most unique looking aspects to any design.

In-House Paint Department

BCE's paint department utilizes a professionally installed paint booth with a filtered ventilation system, Mathews industrial paint match mixing station, multi-color powder coating station, batch oven and acid wash – metal prep area, all used for the best possible finished products.

In-house Custom Metal Fabrication

Our custom fabrication shop is unique in the respect of precision welding tables, digital milling machine, digital lathe, MIG/TIG welders, plasma cutter, and full table sized jig. Having all these resources on hand and in-house allows for a one-stop shop from blueprint to finished installation-ready signage.
