This includes any combonation of chair with upholstered seats, backs, headrests, or arms.

Lounge Seating

This includes all upholstered chairs, loveseats, couches, or ottomans




Fabric Grades


All fabrics are grade 1 unless specified as

Grade 2 or Grade 3


Grade 1 fabrics are included in the original list price of a product.


Subsequently higher grades have increasing upcharges when selected.

Repeating Fabric


The percentage listed (when applicable) demonstrates the additional amount of fabric required to complete a product.


There is a need for quantities of fabric greater than normally required when selecting some patterned fabrics. This evolves from the requirement for patterned fabrics to be centered on key areas and the need for matching at seams. The percentage is based on a formula. Use this guide as reference.
