Textiles Warranty

All product is warrantied against defective workmanship and material identified from date of shipment. BCE is not responsible for damage to product due to misuse, neglect or circumstances beyond our control. The following is made in lieu of warranties expressed or implied: BCE's only obligation shall be to repair (at manufacture's option) such defective material. BCE shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use or inability to use the product. Before using; user shall determine the suitability of the product for intended use and the user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.

Returns will be accepted for items ordered in error, free from damage or neglect to the product and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the order.
