    State Fiscal Year Furniture Purchasing Deadlines

    Starting Monday March 23, 2026, customer lead times for all furniture orders will have an extended delivery due date through fiscal year 2026 end. Orders placed prior to 03/23/2026 will have the standard lead time(s).

    • Quick ship orders need to be placed with the BCE sales team no later than May 29, 2026 to ensure billing by June 12, 2026.
    • Monitor Arms and Sit Stand units need to be placed with the BCE sales team no later than May 08, 2026 to ensure billing by June 12, 2026.

    P-Card orders delivered after June 12, 2026 will be posted to State Fiscal Year 2027. Product lead times in most cases are 75 days; if you want your P-Card order billed to the current 2026 fiscal year, you should consider placing your order by March 20, 2026.
