BCE Canteen processes persons in our care canteen orders for three correctional institutions. Canteen orders consist of food and hygiene products. There are approximately 300 items to pick and pack for order fulfillment. This industry utilizes current computerized programs to ensure accuracy with the fulfillment process. Persons in our care are trained to operate the current system. These workers learn skills related to inventory, warehouse management, and order fulfillment. BCE Canteen is working to add additional correctional institutions to this operation.
